Guitar Diary (12/19/2009)

Dear Guitar Diary,

I’m just one little doll trying to figure and master your sweet strings.  I want my fingers to glide effortlessly along your neck and create a blast of creativity that can be heard all throughout the universe.  I’m using you dear guitar diary as a way for me to keep track of what I practice.  It’s such a hard journey this teaching oneself guitar.  I do need a tutor… but right now food, shelter and other necessities are my top priority.  Hopefully not to far in the future my dear guitar and I will travel the world and be able to give back to the society that has helped us grow.   I’m sadly a beginner still, but hopefully not for to long.

This week consisted of me review past songs that are the stepping stones to more complicated work.  A more detailed version of my guitar diary will occur next week.  This is only the introduction.

Talk about adorable. I am in love with her style, this photograph exudes the essence of her style. It’s girly, but tough!

I first stumbled on Skye Sweetnam trying to find the CSS song “Music is my Hot Hot Sex” At the time I didn’t know the exact title of the song and I hoped that typing it in youtube I would find the band. I eventually did find them, but I also stumbled on this artist also. After watching the above music video (and having no boyfriend at the time), I began saying that music was my boyfriend and singing this song!
